-Option for 12 month lease at $2,850.00/month for base rent from August 15, 2025 or September 1, 2025 - August 11 or 14, 2026
-Water/sewer charge of $35/mo. per resident
-Double occupancy fee of $65/mo. for each additional resident over the number of bedrooms (4)
-Earnest money equal to 1/12th (1 month) of the total annual rent due with the applications
-Security deposit equal to 1/12th (1 month) of the total annual rent due on or before the first day of the lease
-To secure an apartment for your group, we need all applications and all earnest money
-The earnest money will be applied towards the balance due on the first day of the lease (first months rent + security deposit)
