I’ve had a really great experience living at CHT! I resigned for next year because of the great view, helpful staff (office and maintenance), & the convenient location. I live in an apartment with new appliances and have not had any problems and have only called maintenance for some minor requests which are completed super timely. I would definitely recommend living here, especially in the newer units!

Great location and love the balcony. The view is definitely unbeatable. Would say that even though it is one of the apartments that isn’t remodeled it still needs work to make it more functional. We know that it isn’t going to have new furnishings but some of the appliances are just unusable and there is a lot of wear and tear. That would be my only complaint. But for the price and location we love it here!

Just moved here and so far I LOVE IT. Staff has been SO SO SO nice and the view from my Living Room/Bed Room alone is worth the price I'm paying for rent.
