Welcome to our first blog post! We are so excited to share posts with you about our company/apartment living, the city of Madison and more! For our first blog we wanted to share with you 5 Fun Facts about CHT Apartments:

1) CHT IS OWNED & MANAGED BY A NATIVE MADISON FAMILY

You heard that right, our business is owned by a true Madisonian family. CHT Apartments LLC. has been in business for over 50 years in Madison, Wisconsin. The family absolutely adores the charming city and all it has to offer from the farmer's market to Lake Mendota. If you need any recommendations on where to eat some delicious food or watch the gorgeous sunset, feel free to ask our owners & managers!

2) CHT HAS 3 OFFICES

CHT Apartments has 3 office locations in downtown Madison

1 - Main Office: 505 N. Carroll St. Madison, WI 53703

2 - Roundhouse Office: 626 Langdon St. Madison, WI 53703

3 - Parkview Office: 725 W. Washington Ave. Madison, WI 53715

3) CHT OFFERS FURNISHED APARTMENTS AT NO EXTRA COST

Furnished apartments are extremely hard to come by in any downtown and at no extra cost? You're kidding! CHT Apartments offers furnished apartments at no extra cost to you at most of our housing locations. Each resident at any optionally furnished location will receive one free furniture move upon move-in to their apartment. This furniture move can be used at anytime during the lease term at CHT Apartments. Any additional furniture moves will be a minimum charge of $35.00.

4) CHT HAS AMAZING GIVEAWAYS & PERKS FOR RESIDENTS

The team at CHT loves to offer authentic giveaways and perks for our residents. We hold contests through our social media outlets/website with winnings up to $250.00. We also offer referral credits of $100.00 per new lease, transfer credits of $200.00, and even HALF OFF your first month's rent when you renew your apartment lease! We love to see our residents happy and saving money!

5) CHT HAS AN AVERAGE MAINTENANCE SURVEY SCORE OF 4.8/5

Our Maintenance team rocks and it shows with our survey scores! Over the past year, CHT has rebuilt our team and the standards of work orders with our new online portal system. Every resident receives a Maintenance Survey after a maintenance request has been marked completed by our team.

The survey asks 4 questions: How satisfied are you with the overall experience? Has the issue been resolved completely? Was the work completed in a timely manner? Any additional feedback?

Our maintenance team has received over 180 surveys in less than a year and averaged 4.8/5. We also offer 24 hour maintenance as a courtesy to our residents for any emergency issues. Shoutout to our maintenance team!
